ITIL V4 Cert Companion (“the App”) is an ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam preparation tool for iPhone. Your privacy is fundamental to our design. This policy explains what data the App handles and how it is protected.
ITIL V4 Cert Companion does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third parties. All data you create — including study progress, exam history, answer records, and preferences — is stored locally on your device.
Your study progress, exam session history, answer records, streaks, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. We do not have access to this data at any time.
ITIL V4 Cert Companion uses local notifications to deliver scheduled ITIL practice questions as part of the Passive Learning feature. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
ITIL V4 Cert Companion offers a free tier with limited features and a one-time premium purchase to unlock the full app. The purchase is managed entirely through Apple’s App Store. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.
ITIL V4 Cert Companion is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any data, no children’s data is collected.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
